SPA Boosters Ohio is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization created to support the students, productions, educational opportunities, and long-term vision of Sunbury Performing Arts.
WHY WE EXIST
Sunbury Performing Arts is about so much more than putting on a show. At SPA, young people don't just learn lines, songs, choreography, and stage skills.
They learn to believe in themselves.
They discover confidence.
They learn teamwork, leadership, discipline, creativity, and resilience.
And sometimes, they discover something they never knew they were capable of.
But creating exceptional theater takes more than talent.
Professional productions require specialized equipment, facilities, technical support, costumes, sets, instruction, and countless other resources. SPA's productions can cost tens of thousands of dollars to produce, while tuition and ticket sales alone cannot cover the full cost of operating a thriving theater program. That's where the Boosters come in. SPA Boosters Ohio, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, supports the mission and growth of Sunbury Performing Arts and exists to help bridge that gap and create opportunities that might otherwise be out of reach.
