  I was a little nervous putting Gabriel in this play given that he’s so young, and isn’t quite reading yet. But I got home from work yesterday and he was so excited to tell me all about his day!  Thank you all again for doing this, it brings back great memories of my theatre days, I was actually in the chorus for Seussical in High School.  Thanks so much!

Last night Jenson was a part of Sunbury Performing Arts first production of Seussical Kids.  We are incredibly proud of him for being the youngest on stage but being brave and doing an amazing job! I think this is first of many as he’s already excited for the next one! I was really blown away by how great the kids were and that a few of them took Jen’s under their wing as his ”camp sisters”. 

This is a great group of kiddos!

She is having a blast working with you! I know the goal for most people is learning and I'm sure she is doing that, too. But I love seeing her joy in the videos and the energy she has leaving practice with you.  

Abby’s had a great time with you! She’s definitely come out of her shell and learned more about being expressive while acting. We appreciate it so much! Abby and Jenna are already asking when your next set of classes will start! I told them I’m thinking AFTER the show lol!

 Thank you so much! What you are creating here is amazing! SO excited for this workshop week and what's to come! My daughter was so nervous (not knowing anyone in the camp) and my heart is so full after seeing her on the video, and over the moon excited about the show and new friends! Yay!!!  She can already tell how fast friendships are forming. We talked about how everyone is being courageous together, taking risks and trying new things! She loved how they would break into random songs throughout the day- so fun! And so cool how all ages are connecting.

 I just wanted to say as a parent how much I appreciate the tone you are setting and teaching these kids (and parents ). Last night was our first time in the world of callbacks and the tensions of competition that you see out there. Your words of wisdom on this are comforting and we are so glad you started this program here! 

 I want to send a HUGE thank you to everyone who worked on this production! Maggie came home every day with stories to tell, new friends and big smiles. It was evident through her attitude and the performance of all the young actors that they were valued and integral to the success of the production. We can't wait to be a part of the great things to come from Sunbury Performing Arts.

 I just have to share Ella’s feedback. She is so filled with good feeling after last night’s acting class. The second we stepped out your front door, she was like “Mom, that was the best! I learned so much tonight! I need a pen to start writing everything down so I don’t forget.” She wrote a whole page by the time we got home. She was still buzzing this morning about how helpful class was. Thank you!!!
 

We call the birthday/xmas, etc.. gifts she receives her activity account. She chose to spend her own money on SPA, Acting, Modeling class, show choir, Voice Lessons started up again. My kids appreciate all this when they have skin in the game. Makes them think harder about the commitment and frankly we can’t afford to DO IT ALL. Just makes me feel so happy she is feeling so satisfied with SPA!

 I just had to shoot you a message to say how much I appreciate you and the way you have set up the DNA of Sunbury Performing Arts. Last week Emi auditioned for a show with another theater for the summer. The whole process just felt cold and harsh. Kids were cut and didn’t feel valued for their talents. We ended up turning down the role she was offered. Nothing like our experience with Annie. I hope it works out to do whatever show you guys do next!
